I am so excited to be taking FOTA's next workshop this summer:
Fraktur and Flourishing with Barbara Calziolari

We are looking forward to having Barbara Calzolari here in August, right after IAMPETH. The workshop will be held at the Village Corner, Saturday and Sunday, August 21 and 22, 9 AM to 4:30 PM. The cost for the two day workshop is $85.

Barbara lives in Bologna, Italy. We are honored that she is adding our guild to her trip to the US to make this workshop possible at a very affordable price for us!
Barbara will also give a presentation at Kennesaw College about her previously commissioned works for Pope Benedict and for the Italian President. She was commissioned to create gifts to be given to all the visiting presidents for the G8 Summit in Italy. Those books now reside in the Vatican and at the White House. You may also view some pictures of Barbara's book about Caterina de Medici.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR WORKSHOPS:
Costs of workshops are as listed. As space is limited, non-members may take a workshop for an additional $20.00 fee ($105/$64 total) if there is space. Checks should be made payable to "Friends of the Alphabet". Deposit is non-refundable unless the work shop does not make quota. Only a sign up with deposit will hold your place for the weekend.
Registration: To register for a workshop, give or send your registration form and non-refundable $45.00 deposit to hold your space to:
